Return Policy
Items must be returned and received by The Farmer’s Daughter General Store, 206 N. Center Ave, Hardin, MT 59034, no later than 14 days from the date you received your order. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags still attached, no signs of wear and tear, no makeup or present stains from trying the garment on (this includes hats), free from animal hair/scent, or cigarette smoke. You are responsible for the shipping cost on a return. All returns that meet the criteria are eligible for IN-STORE CREDIT ONLY! We do not issue credit back to the form of payment for returns. ***As all items on the website are on display in the store, there is a chance the item you purchased may be sold before we have a chance to update the website. If this issue occurs, you will be issued a full refund back to the credit card used for the purchase.
Please note that our limited inventory goes fast and items may not be in stock for exchange if you want a different size. To ensure your size accommodation please purchase the size/item as there will be NO HOLDS!
Please read washing instructions upon receiving. The Farmer’s Daughter General Store is not responsible if an item is washed and shrinks or becomes damaged (fray, damage to fringe, loss of rhinestone/sequins, etc.) specifically if the item has instructions to wash by hand.
No returns on sale items or jewelry; these are considered a final sale. Any items/orders that are canceled will be issued an in-store credit in the form of a gift card sent to the address on file; we do not issue credit back to the form of payment.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages
Once a package is shipped from out store, it is out of our hands if a package is lost. The Farmer’s Daughter General Store will not be held responsible. If you feel as though your package has been lost, please submit a claim to UPS or USPS.
